The «FLOW» line of equipment is designed for the pyrolysis of solid, liquid or pasty waste, as well as garbage with metal or other inclusions, with the exception of hazard class 1-2 wastes and chlorine-containing wastes.
This is a highly automated and low-maintenance continuous system that can be configured for specific tasks related to waste disposal.
Thanks to the presence of various additional modules and blocks, almost any type of garbage waste and waste from various industries can be recycled. The system provides pre-treatment of garbage: grinding, crushing, mixing, drying, for subsequent thermal destruction (pyrolysis process).
After garbage processing, it is possible to obtain various types of fuels (heating oil, gasoline, diesel, fuel oil). Additionally, heat and power generation can be obtained.
The system is supplied for use in mobile and stationary versions.
The basis of the system is the universal flow pyrolysis furnace “Flow”. Depending on the amount of garbage processed, the furnace can be of 2 types:

AUTOMATION
All technological processes are automated as much as possible. All blocks and modules of the system are computerized. This allows you to quickly reconfigure (including remotely) the system for processing various types of garbage and industrial waste. As a result, only 2 full-time employees are needed to operate and maintain the system.

CONTINUOUS WORK
The system is designed for continuous operation. The service life of the main component of the system, the Potok furnace, is at least 10 years.
HIGH USEFUL EFFICIENCY
The average processing efficiency is 70%. When processing certain types of waste, the efficiency can reach 95%.
WORK OF INSTALLATIONS IN CASCADE
You can combine two furnaces in the process. This will increase the amount of recyclable waste and waste.

The starting cost of a pyrolysis furnace with a capacity of up to 3 tons per day is 145,000 euros. The final price is based on the needs of the Customer in the amount of recyclable waste and waste, additional modules and units, and, if necessary, the professional services of the Supplier.
